Return Policy

اردو میں:

• صرف خراب یا غلط بھیجی گئی کتابیں 7 دن کے اندر واپس یا تبدیل کی جا سکتی ہیں۔
• کتاب اپنی اصل حالت میں ہونی چاہیے (نہ لکھی ہو، نہ پھٹی ہو)۔
• واپسی کی ڈلیوری فیس صارف کو خود ادا کرنی ہوگی (اگر غلطی ہماری نہ ہو)۔

In English:

• Only damaged or incorrectly sent books can be returned or exchanged within 7 days.
• Books must be in their original condition (unwritten and undamaged).
• Return delivery charges must be paid by the customer (unless the mistake is from our side).
